WorldStoreHub Merchant Terms of Service
1. Your store. On registration the platform generates an online store for you on its own subdomain. You are responsible for the products you list, the orders you fulfil, and for complying with the laws of your country.
2. Membership & billing. Access to your store depends on an active membership/subscription. Where payment is required, your store activates once payment is completed and stays active until the end of each paid period. All amounts are in USD.
3. Expiry, grace & suspension. If a subscription is not renewed it expires; after any grace period the store is suspended and its storefront becomes unavailable until you renew.
4. Your payment provider. When you connect your own payment keys (e.g. Stripe), all customer payments are processed through YOUR account. The platform never holds your customers' funds and is not responsible for your payment provider.
5. Acceptable use. Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or prohibited goods and any abuse of the platform are not allowed and may result in suspension or termination of your store without refund.
6. Your data. Each store's data is isolated to your own tenant. You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data and for your customers' data under applicable law.
7. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales in your own jurisdiction.
8. Changes to the service. The platform may modify or discontinue features, plans, prices, and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of liability. The platform is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost sales during downtime.
10. Termination. Either party may end the service at any time. On termination your storefront is deactivated; export your data beforehand.
