1. Agent status. Agents are independent referral partners of WorldStoreHub. Becoming an agent does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with the platform. Agents may not make promises or representations on behalf of the platform.
2. Application & referral code. All applications are reviewed by the platform owner. A referral code is issued only after approval. The platform may reject any application at its sole discretion without giving a reason.
3. Commission. Commission is earned only when a merchant referred through your referral code completes a paid subscription. Commission rates and the base amount are set by the platform and shown in your agent dashboard. The platform may adjust commission rates at any time; changes apply to commissions generated after the change takes effect.
4. Commission hold & release. Each commission is held for a holding period (shown in your agent dashboard) before it becomes available for withdrawal. Commissions may be reversed if the related subscription payment is refunded, disputed, or cancelled during the holding period.
5. Agent–merchant binding period. Your referral link to a merchant is valid for a fixed binding period set by the platform. When the binding period ends, the merchant is automatically unbound from your account and no further commission is earned from that merchant. The unbind date is visible in your dashboard.
6. Withdrawals. Withdrawals can be requested once your available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount set by the platform. All withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually by the platform owner. If a request is rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet. All amounts are in USD.
7. Prohibited conduct. Self-referral, fake merchants, misleading advertising, spam, trademark bidding on the platform's brand, and any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in cancellation of pending commissions and suspension or termination of your agent account without payout of unreleased amounts.
8. Taxes. Agents are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to their commission income in their own jurisdiction.
9. Changes to the program. The platform may modify or discontinue the agent program, these terms, rates, holding periods, binding periods, and withdrawal rules at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of liability. The platform is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the agent program. The platform's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the agent in the preceding three (3) months.
11. Termination. Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination for reasons other than violation, released commission balances remain withdrawable per Section 6; unreleased/held amounts at the time of a violation-based termination are forfeited.
